I Am

I am an enthusiastic baseball player.

I wonder if I will play in the Major Leagues.

I hear the umpire saying strike.  

I see the ball hitting the bat.

I want to be a major league player.

I am an enthusiastic baseball player.

I pretend to throw the winning pitch in the World Series.

I feel nervous up at the plate sometimes.

I touch the ball hard with the bat.

I worry if I will hit the ball or if the ball will hit me.

I cry if the ball hits me hard.

I am an enthusiastic baseball player.

I understand that I am not the best player but a good one.    

I say if you have fun you will win.

I dream that I will play in the big leagues.

I try really hard to hit lots of homeruns.

I hope I will get a game winning home run.
