Artemis Fowl
A twelve year old criminal mastermind named Artemis Fowl has discovered the fairy world and kidnaps a fairy named Holly Short who is an L.E.P [Lower Elements Police] officer. He kidnaps her by going to where water meets ancient oak, which is where fairies restore their magic. Artemis wants a ton of gold in return.
The fairies won’t give in and the commander decides to send in a dwarf named Mulch to free Holly and collect information. But he can’t free Holly. After that, they sent in a troll to kill Artemis and Butler [his bodyguard] but they don’t succeed.
Then the L.E.P launch a biological bomb and think that Artemis is dead, but he isn’t. They retrieve the ransom gold, but Mulch steals a lot of the gold [a ton to be precise ] and gets away with it.
