I'm Yuki and I am in 5th grade. I live in Vermont with my mom, brother and dad.  My favorite hobby is drawing.  I don't like it or even love it.  I am OBSESSED with it.  My favorite type of drawing is Japanese style, also known as Manga.  It is reading and writing comic books backwards.  My heritage is also Japanese.
        Although I love drawing, I have never finished a single comic book.  I always start, and then I get new ideas and then start another one.  Right now, it is my longest record because I have been working on the same comic book for over a year!
        My favorite song is You're Beautiful by James Blunt and my favorite video game is any One Piece       game.  One Piece is my favorite Japanese-style comic.  It is written by Eichiro Oda.  He works for Shonen        Jump, a comic company.  Some day, I want to work for a comic company, or even better, start my own!  My favorite movie is The Perfect Score.  It's about a couple of high school students who steal the SAT answers.  It is really funny.
       The languages I know are English and Japanese.  I know Pig Latin, but I am not sure if that is a real language!  My favorite book genre is fantasy and my favorite book is The Viking, number 4, by Christopher Tebbets.  My favorite book series is The Underland Chronicles by Suzzanne Collins.  I am not sure exactly why I like fantasies so much, but it's mostly because anything could happen.
       Some of my friends are Matt, Dunkley, Kevin and Caleb, although I have many more.  I think I like them because they all like Japanese comics and we mostly all agree with each other.
