I Am

I am an active girl and a soccer player

I wonder if I will score goals.

I hear people cheering for me. 

I see that the other goal tries to score but I stop them.

I want to be the best athlete I can be!

I am an active girl and a soccer player

I pretend I can play offense and defense.

I feel that I am a great player.

I touch the soccer ball.

I worry that I won’t be a champion

I cry when our team loses a game.

I am an active girl and a soccer player.

I understand that I am working hard.  

I say that I can really become a good player.

I dream that I will be the best.

I try to work hard every day.

I hope I will succeed.
