My
name is Nicole! I am a 5th grader at Orchard School. I
like
being a 5th grader because we are the leaders of the school.
Everyone looks up to us. It is the best year because we have a
special celebration just for us in June! I'm on the 4/5
Team but, my teacher refers
to us as the "Dream Team". My teacher is Mrs. Tate;
she is the best! I love learning new things! My favorite subjects in
school are art, math and literacy because we do all kinds of fun
activities! Next year, I'll
be at F.H.T.M.S.  I love animals , especially puppies and kittens. They are soo cute! Someday I might become a veterinarian. My favorite thing about animals is they are soo adorable! I hope to have a lot of animals! I also love other animals. My very best friend
,Cassy, is
3 months older than me. We first met at Sears when I was getting my
very first picture taken. My grandma saw her best friend and went over to
say hi. She introduced me to her granddaughter and we became
instant friends. She shared her grapes and juice with me! My
mom says we are really like sisters! I have a mom , a dad, two brothers and a huge family. My two brothers don't live with us! They live in Cairo, Egypt ( but no one really believes me!) . My Mom is very neat and cooks food you would find at a fancy restaurant. My Dad works at the post office and sorts mail! We hardly ever eat out or take out unless it is at a place we all love. My favorite dessert is baklava and strawberries and cream! Sara, Maggie, Elly ,
Emma, Linley, Veronica, Sarah, Xixi, Ali Natalie, Sravya , Vaishnavi, Sai ,
Avery, Abigail, Hannah, Brianna, Eva, Vera, Alex, Liza, Reema, Shahana, Alex,
Audrey and more! They all make me happy when I am sad. I also do the same
for them. My favorite sports are Soccer . I play lots of games like CB, Spy and Kick the Can with my friends. Cb is a game where you have to kick the ball across the line to the other team and they have to try to block it. If it gets stuck, you only can touch it once. If you touch it more than once, the other team gets a point. Spy is where you have one person at the top and they have to catch the ball when the person on the bottom kicks it . You can not reach for the ball . It has to come to you and when you have 2 teams it is way harder. Kick the Can is like tag but when you see someone, you run to the tree you started at and say "kick the can (for the person you saw!) 1-2-3!" My favorite holiday is Halloween because
you get to dress as anyone or thing you want! My favorite movies are the
Halloween
Town series. I can't wait for the newest one to come out on worldwide
premier. I also like High school Musical, Raise your voice and
Aquamarine. They all are awesome!

Last
spring I went to Orlando, Florida. My friend took me
with her mom and her mom's
boyfriend and we had the best time ever. We had the best week because
our hotel complex had the biggest room and the biggest and best pool and
we had all of the shops and restaurants right next door! We also had a
tennis court across from our hotel room and a teddy bear factory and a bicycle
renting place next door, it was a seven person bike , you can fit two
kids in the basket , three people in the back and two in the front
seats plus there is one person who drives or steers the bike while
everyone else( not including the people in the basket ) peddle. That was
the first time I had ever been on an airplane! Now I want to go on one
every time we go and we might go to Hawaii
next and I am looking forward to that!!!
