Dear Reader,

  I am a fourth grader at Orchard School.  It is called that because there used to be an apple orchard on the property before it became a school.  I live in South Burlington Vermont.  My teacher’s name is Mrs. Tate.  I like my class a lot.  My favorite activities are Math, Science, Music, and PE.         

         I have a younger sister, a mom, and a dad.  We celebrate Chanukah.  I play the French horn, soccer, and I take jazz and tap dance.  I have been taking dance for 6 years.  One of my favorite things to do is to act, sing and dance.  My mom has music directed some of the shows that I have been in.

        I love to go to the beach to swim and look at shells and see what other interesting stuff I can find.  I collect rocks and buttons.   My favorite food is Chinese food and tofu.  My favorite sweet food is chocolate. 

        I have one dog and one cat.  I have one dog named Sitka and one cat named Rutland.  Both pets are named after the places we got them in!
