Green Mountain Hero

I think this story was happy. I also think this story was slow. I like to see a lot of action at the very beginning of a story. I think this story could be improved.

I think this story was happy because the Smauleys helped Amos and Solomon build their cabin and warned them of the Indians nearby. I also think this story was slow because action wasn’t happening all the time.

I think this story was happy when they found the land they were looking for. I think this story was slow when they were in the canoe.

If you like happy stories you should read this book. Even though it’s slow it is still a good story about the Story family. These people were real. Ann Story was a person who helped the Green Mountain Boys. You can learn about life that isn’t based on what would happen today.
