Sailing on the Lake

By R. L. K.

This is a picture of a sailboat on the Adirondacks side of Lake Champlain. This lake is very historical. It is home to a lot of life like turtles, fish, otters, and beavers.

I really enjoy fishing on the lake. I have fished all over Lake Champlain. I have caught many species of fish. There are eighty- one species of fish like large and smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, chain pickerel, brown bullhead, channel catfish, yellow perch, lake trout, landlocked Atlantic salmon, steelhead trout, brown trout, and rainbow smelt.
