This is a picture of Burlington from the Spirit of Ethan Allen. Burlington is a city in Vermont and part of Chittenden County. The population is 38,889 people, which makes Burlington the largest city in Vermont. Burlington is the home of the University of Vermont. It is a 25-60 minute drive to ski resorts, including Bolton Valley, Stowe, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen and Smuggler's Notch. It is believed that the town was named are lots for the Earl of Burlington. It was chartered on July 7, 1763 due to the New Hampshire Grant. Burlington has many fun things to do. There of restaurants, museums and shopping.
