Viewing the edges of your columns can be
helpful when you're deciding on placement of your text and images. |
| You can work in many columns by using column breaks.
Here's where you can go to add them to your brochure: |

There are three ways to add images to your brochure - Clip Art, Word Art, or a picture from a file.

To insert Clip Art: To insert Word Art: To insert pictures that you've
saved in a file in your network space: |

To wrap your text around your images: Notice that the handles around your image change. When your picture is "In line with text," the handles are solid black. When the picture floats, the handles are white. You can use the arrow keys to move your floating image. Holding down the <Ctrl> key while using the arrow keys will move your picture more slowly. |
| A Picture Toolbar is available so that
you can change an image that you have selected. If you click once
on your picture and you do not see the Picture Toolbar, do the
following:

| You can view your whole brochure on the screen in a few
different ways. OR OR |

Use the drawing tools to make changes to your
brochure. If they are not already on your screen, click View
menu and then click Toolbars: Drawing.
