Birds of the Sonoran Desert
Here are some screen shots of HyperStudio cards from a larger multimedia
project. There are eight students (four from each of two classes) represented
here, each with a stack of five or six cards for the desert bird they
researched. An interesting feature to the stacks was that when the viewer
clicked on the button to advance to the next card in the stack, the featured
bird could be heard chirping. The two 2-3 multiage classes studied the
United States through birds from several regions in the country in a yearlong
project.
