Madeline with Nance Nahmias

On Friday, May 17, 2002, Orchard School kindergarten and first graders were treated to a visit from the storybook character, Madeline.  She was escorted by Nance Nahmias from Barnes and Noble bookstore.

Nance read from Madeline in America by Ludwig Bemelmans.		 Everyone listens.
Both the students and Madeline enjoyed the story.
